Leading organizational development initiatives for Europe's largest optical retailer. Responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness across the Group. My approach focuses on integrating human-centered leadership with technological innovation to create adaptive and resilient organizational structures.

Agile Coach

Otto Group | 2018 - 2021

Spearheaded group-wide organizational improvement initiatives for one of Europe's largest e-commerce companies. Successfully scaled the Agile Center from 7 to 23 professionals while transforming it from deficit to profitability. Developed innovative approaches that reduced solution delivery time from years to months, with measurable improvement in team performance (from 47% to 98% commitment delivery). Established evidence-based organizational development practices and supported critical initiatives with the Group Executive Board.

Technology & Product Leadership

Instana (acquired by IBM), AppDynamics, BMC Software | 2013 - 2018

Drove product and technical initiatives across leading technology companies in the enterprise software space. As Product Manager at Instana (later acquired by IBM for ~$500M), established product management from the ground up and led the successful product release. Previously worked with enterprise clients (>€1B revenue) at AppDynamics and BMC Software, delivering technical solutions that bridged business and IT objectives. Received multiple awards for innovation, sales engineering excellence, and presentation effectiveness.

Early Career: Research & Management

VT Falkenried MVZ | 2010 - 2013

Managed multiple departments (Research, Evaluation, Patient Management, Process Management, IT) at one of Germany's largest psychotherapeutic medical centers. Led a team of 15 staff and 20 interns, implemented systematic evaluation frameworks, and developed new treatment concepts. Successfully increased organizational revenue by approximately 30% through strategic innovations and process improvements.

Foundation & Expertise

My academic background is in Psychology (Diplom Psychologe, University of Bremen), with a focus on organizational, neuropsychology, and clinical psychology, complemented by studies in economics. This interdisciplinary foundation provides a unique lens for understanding individual and group dynamics within organizational systems.
